City of Seattle/King County Winter Shelters Extended Through June 15th

This shelter provides winter shelter for 75 men and women, staffed by Salvation Army - William Booth Center. Men and women are sheltered in separate areas of the building, with mats and blankets. For homeless men and women. Must be clean and sober. No animals allowed, except service animals.

This shelter provides 100 seasonal shelter beds for men. Shelter is open every night, with no connection to weather forecast. No meal, hygiene or daytime storage services are provided. Shelter is operated by staff from the Salvation Army - William Booth Center. Shelter open to any man, ages 18 and older, in need of shelter. Must not exhibit behavior dangerous to self or others. Individuals on the shelter's admonish list may not be served. Line up in the park next to 4th Avenue, just south of the courthouse and Jefferson Street.

YWCA of Seattle/King County/Snohomish County - Angeline's Center for Homeless Women – Extended through June 15

Open: Daily, 8 p.m. Women may access the Women’s Referral Center beginning at 6 p.m.
This shelter provides 40 seasonal shelter beds for women. Shelter is open every night, with no connection to weather forecast. For homeless women, ages 18 and older. Serves anyone who identifies as female. Those with criminal backgrounds may apply; does not perform background checks. Service animals accepted. Walk in to register during Women's Referral Center hours (nightly, 6 p.m.-9 p.m.). After 9 p.m., drop-ins and after-hour referrals are welcome, on a space-available basis. Women may call any time during the night to inquire about space availability.

Coordinates a severe weather shelter for anyone in need, including families. The shelter is co-ed, one big room. Clients sleep on cots, and they are given a blanket that they can keep. Walk in. Doors remain open all night.

Nights the shelter is open: 9 p.m.-7 a.m.
Coordinates a severe weather shelter with Catholic Community Services when temperatures are forecasted to be below freezing for a 24-hour period or more or when there are three or more inches of snow. Shelter has three buildings - a men's area, a women's area and a families area. No eligibility restrictions. Priority is given to homeless families with children who are living on the streets or in vehicles, but it will also be available for single women and men. Doors open at 9 p.m. for check-in. Clients must register at the door. Shelter closes at 7 a.m. when clients must vacate.

Operates a severe weather shelter when the temperatures are forecasted to be below freezing for at least three nights in a row. Shelter will be open during the day as well if the temperatures remain below freezing or if there is snow or rain. Dinner and breakfast will be provided, and shower facilities are available. Shelter has room for up to 25 people with overflow space available for up to 60 people. Families and single adults welcome. Walk in beginning at 4 p.m. on nights the shelter is open. Operates a cold weather shelter when temperatures are forecasted to be below 32 degrees or when severe storms are predicted. Shelter will be staffed by Catholic Community Services. Dinner and breakfast will be provided. Shelter can serve up to 50 people maximum, with separate sleeping areas for men, women and families. Cots will be provided as well as food. Walk in. Call to see if shelter is open. Voicemail will be updated after hours.

Hours: Arrive at 9 p.m.
Operates a severe weather shelter at Seattle Center's Rainier Room at the north side of the center. Only opens when City Hall Winter Shelter fills up or is anticipated to fill up. This is a co-ed site. Arrive at 8 p.m. The entrance is on the east side of the building.
